Our frame construction (2mm stainless steel) provide an incredibly durable system, guaranteed to be robust enough for even the most complex cantilever designs.
HYGIENE
Every detail of the System 900 BF is designed with hygiene as a priority. Components are designed to minimize dirt, grease and grime, and make cleaning as quick and easy as possible. All corners have a wide surface areas, while burners and joints are completely waterproof. Cooking plates have a full working surface featuring a small cavity around the plate’s perimeter to drain fat and excess liquid. The lower base cupboards are fully welded as standard with no internal dirt-traps, screw heads or fixings (maximum hygiene level available – H3).
