General characteristics
- Totally built in stainless steel (AISI 304)
- The slicer OP has been looked on to open through horizontal cutting a great variety of products: Croissants, Briox, “Doughnuts”, Buns, Rolls, Hamburguer, Bread, etc. leaving the pieces open with both middles completely separatedor «as a book» (partial cut)
- Provided of 4 regulators, wich it lets adapt to the cutting of very differents sizes.
- Perfect and instantaneous cut of pieces thanks to a special steel disc
