This not only gives a significative boost in performance and energy savings but also offers potential to connect the appliance to remote centralised monitoring and power optimisation systems, whilst mantaining Ambach’s instinctive user Interface.

Our frame costruction (2mm stainless steel) provides an incredibly durable structure, guaranteed to be robust enough for even the most complex costruction and designs.
HYGIENE
Every detail of the System 900 is designed with hygiene as a priority. Components are designed to minimize dirt, grease and grime to make cleaning as quick and easy as possible. All corners have a wide radius, while burners and joints are completely waterproof. Cooking plates have a full working surface featuring a small cavity around the plate’s perimeter to drain fat and excess liquid. Lower base are fully deep-drawn and com with rounded corners and stamped GN rails as standard. This H3 version of the base units has no internal dirt-traps, scew heads or other visible fixings.

We can install our units in any configuration you need, including the most intricate of one-piece tops.
