General characteristics

  • Rollers entubed in stainless steel and teflon
  • Standard width of the shaping belts: 600mm.
  • Double path pressing, by making only the superior path it obtains short bread.
  • Adjustable separation between laminating rollers.
  • Wheel for adjusting the separation between the presses, to control the lenght of the pieces.
  • Wheel for adjusting the shape of the ends, to obtain bread with sharpened or rounded ends.
  • Prelaminating roller adjustable in height.
  • Stainless steel covering
  • Machine mounted on wheels
  • For tin bread : lateral bars and centering device (OPTIONAL)
  • Vertical rollers centering device (advisable for small bread) – (OPTIONAL)
  • Extra width available in 700mm, 800mm and 1000mm (OPTIONAL)
