Manual machines are used for baking donuts. They are made of stainless steel. Version with and without chamber for fermentation. Performance without fermentation chamber we called tabletop fryers. Tub oil volume 26 or 36 liters. Frying capacity 16 or 24 pcs per time, hourly frying capacity 160 or 240 pcs/h. Analogic control panel.
